Meet our team!
Hi! We're Lisa & Mike McGrath and we are the owners of Weather or Not Dog Walkers. We have been married since June 2014. We started WoN in October of 2016 with me (Lisa) working the business full-time at the start. Mike joined the business full-time in July 2019.
We have two grown children, two dogs, Stark and Natty, and two cats, Simon and Josie. I have loved animals for a long time and I'll shamelessly admit that I can't walk by a dog without smiling. After more than 26 years of working for the 'man', I decided it was time to be my own boss. It was the BEST decision I have ever made.
I have met so many wonderful pets, and their parents, and look forward to meeting many more.
Regina - I joined the Weather Or Not Pack in December 2019! I am a cat mom to four beautiful babies! I've also cared for my children's dogs Daisy, Emi, and Loverboy. I've enjoyed every single moment of loving and caring for all of our clients.
Jacqueline - I've been with Weather or Not since 2017! I am a 2020 graduate of Kutztown University with a bachelor's degree in Photography. I live in Wilmington with my two cats, Frank N Furter and Marshall. When I'm not taking care of our clients I shoot sports photography. You can check out my portfolio at jacquelinekozloski.com.
Jon - I was lucky enough to join Weather or Not Dog Walkers in January 2022. My two fur- sisters, Fiona & Tosh, are long-time WoN clients! I've had a blast meeting everyone so far and look forward to continuing to care for your four-legged family members.

Michelle - After being a client of Weather or Not for six years, I decided that working for them was the thing to do! My diva Boxer, Bella, and I live in N. Wilmington. During the week I am a preschool teacher. I love having walks to do on the weekend!
Becca – I joined Weather or Not Dog Walkers March 2022. I live in the N. Wilmington area with my husband and our four furbabies! Previously I worked as a Vet Tech for three years and I now own Clean Toe Beans Grooming! I'm so excited to meet all of your babies!
Tricia - I joined the Weather or Not pack in September 2022. I live in Wilmington with my family which includes my three beautiful children and my bonus son. We don't currently have any pets at home so I greatly enjoy the time I get to spend with all of our wonderful clients!
Jeffrey - I'm so excited to join this fantastic team. I have two amazing cats, Charlotte and Webb, and I am a dog lover! I'm also a new resident to Wilmington, having moved from Minneapolis. Dan - I joined the team in August 2023. I'm currently attending classes at Wilmington University for Computer Science. I live in the N. Wilmington area with my family and our beautiful dog, Lexi.
My name is Devin and I joined the Weather or Not team in June 2023. I am an animal lover of all kinds! My husband and I have five cats (Orson, Romy, Ozzy, Pico, & Chimi) and one dog named Tallulah! On top of all the animals, I have a two-year-old son who loves all of his furry siblings! I’m so excited to be a part of the team and to spend quality time with your animals! When I'm not caring for our clients, I am an Esthetician at The Esthetic Movement.
Erin - I joined the Weather or Not Dog Walkers team in September 2023. I live in North Wilmington with my two kids and our two cats. Having grown up with both dogs and cats all my life, this is a perfect fit for me!
Jessica - I am so excited to be apart of the Weather or Not Pack! I rescued my cat Olive in 2015 and then my other cat Pepper in 2020. I grew up caring for both cats and dogs and gladly accept any time a friend or family member needs dog sitting since I do not have one of my own. As an avid hiker I love being outdoors and bringing a furry friend along makes my walks that much more enjoyable! I’m excited to meet your furry loved ones and appreciate the opportunity to care for them as well.
Mandy - I am so excited to join Weather or Not! I have always loved animals - for as long as I can remember. I spent over 10 years working at a local animal shelter, then I became a SAHM. I’m so happy to be able to serve families and their pets again! I am married with 4 kiddos, one dog and a grand dog. I enjoy spending time with my kids, hiking with the dogs, running, and lifting weights.
