Getting Started Is Easy

​​Tell us about your pets, their routines, and the services you're looking for. This helps us determine whether we're a good fit for your family.

2. We'll Review Your Information
Our team will review your request, confirm that you're within our service area, and discuss your pet care needs and availability.

3. Schedule Your Meet & Greet
Once your information has been reviewed, we'll arrange an in-home consultation to meet your pets, discuss their routines, and answer your questions.

4. Welcome to the Pack!
Once everything is in place, we'll establish your service schedule so you can enjoy reliable, professional pet care.

Our Service Area
We serve Wilmington and surrounding communities in northern Delaware and nearby Pennsylvania. 19703, 19707 (east of Route 7), 19801, 19802, 19803, 19806, 19807 (Greenville only), 19808, 19809, 19810, 19060 and 19061.
Planning Ahead
New clients should allow at least 5–7 days to complete our onboarding process. Service availability is subject to our team's schedule.

We use a team-based approach rather than assigning one exclusive pet care professional to each family. This provides greater flexibility and continuity of care.
