Paw Points Client Rewards Program – Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: June 1, 2025

The Paw Points Program ("Program") is a customer loyalty program offered by Weather or Not Dog Walkers ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") to reward eligible clients ("Client", "you", or "your") for continued use of our pet care services.

By participating in the Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

Eligibility

• The Program is open to active clients of Weather or Not Dog Walkers with a valid client account in good standing.

• Clients must opt in by completing a PawTree Pet Quiz.  Paw Points will begin with the first paid invoice AFTER completing the pet quiz.

 

Earning Paw Points

• Clients earn Paw Points based on the total amount invoiced for eligible pet care services.

• Points are awarded after full payment of an invoice.

• Promotions, discounts, taxes, or fees may not count toward point totals.

• The earning rate is:

  • 1 Paw Point per $1 spent on services (unless otherwise stated in promotions).

• Points are typically updated weekly and tracked internally by the Company.

Redeeming Paw Points

• Points may be redeemed for digital PawTree gift cards, according to the following tiers:

  • 100 Points = $5 Gift Card

  • 200 Points = $10 Gift Card

  • 400 Points = $25 Gift Card

  • 800 Points = $50 Gift Card

• To redeem, clients must complete a redemption request form.

• Initial digital gift cards are delivered within 7–10 business days of approval.

• Subsequent redemption requests will be added to the current digital gift card.

 

Point Expiration and Forfeiture

• Points expire 6 months from the date they are earned.

• Unused points will automatically be removed from your balance at expiration.

• If a client account becomes inactive (no services for 6+ months), all unredeemed points may be forfeited.

• If services are refunded or canceled, points earned from that transaction will be deducted.

 

Non-Transferable and No Cash Value

• Points are non-transferable, non-refundable, and have no cash value.

• Points cannot be applied to invoices or used for service discounts.

• Redemption is limited to products/gift cards offered through the Paw Points Program.

 

Changes to the Program

• Weather or Not Dog Walkers reserves the right to modify, pause, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.

• This includes changes to earning rates, redemption values, or eligibility criteria.

• In the event of Program termination, clients will be given 30 days to redeem any remaining points.

 

Fraud or Abuse

• Any suspected fraud, misuse, or abuse of the Program may result in immediate removal from the Program and forfeiture of all points.
